Kuala Lumpur factory expansion occurs this month and will be

We will now have 22,500 sq feet of manufacturing available. These agreements are non-binding for On4 Communications but are binding for the manufacturing plant and will lock up the facility for sale for a minimum of 6 months. These acquisitions will be non-dilutive and be financed through a Loan against receivables."
