Alpha apparently doesn’t post meeting minutes on websites for everyone until sometime after the meeting.
THAT’S why you fill out an OPRA request form to get the minutes sooner. Obviously. The minutes from that meeting clearly show this thing is happening, at least at the city government level.
Who knows that you are saying? Not I. Complaining about transparency when really you are just too lazy to do some DD even when clear instructions on how to are laid before you.
