I can't prove that it is important but it is unusual to say the least. I can't imagine any shareholder selling their shares and that includes Aspire and Arruda when we are on the cusp of several strategic events. Makes more sense to me if the MM's are reporting the 59% as short volume and the balance of the volume reported is wash trades. All IMHO. Go IPIX!!!
