I believe that Congress will overrule Session's by cutting his funds for prosecuting cannabis in State's where it's legal, but they're too inept to honestly evaluate it, and act to legalize it. I suspect the legislation will be included with the bill they use to raise the debt ceiling later this month. The question is, will they address the Dreamer's and other issues that would get a substantial increase in the ceiling, or are we going to get another few weeks.

I believe that they could deal with Session's for years, even if the bill is only funding the govt. for weeks.

To me it's sad that we legislate in this manner, but until both parties are willing to put Country above Party, and really get into meaningful discussions of issues, that's what we're doomed to do.
