Can you imagine how the conversation might have went with Judge John:
Wise Advisor to Judge John: 'Ummm Judge John, were you aware that TWO globally renowned IP lawfirms, Ropes & Gray AND Blank Rome fought an IPR review with the USPTO and won JUST two months ago on EVERY aspect of the patent challenged that three high powered cyber security companies had jointly filed regarding the invalidity of SFOR's patents?'
Judge John: 'Really'???
Wise Advisor to Judge John: 'Yes Sir!!! Additionally, the OTHER LAWFIRM, Blank Rome, who doesn't have anything to do with the SecureAuth case agreed to halt the FINAL STAGES of their three current lawsuits that have been ongoing for over 1.5 years based on your quick dismissal and your invalidating the SFOR patents even though the USPTO just judged on the validity of them. Since you agreed with the SA attorneys that this technology was used in ancient greece and WW2 the patents are not valid. Sir, I know that you and the SA CEO got a good laugh with all of that but your reputation is going to be dragged through the mud when these renowned attorney outfits go after this judgement in the appeal case. Apparently they DID NOT find humor in your judgement! They might even question your ability to continue to practice law!!'
