Good Morning Pugilista,
It is my opinion that the Judge, in recording that the claims made by StrikeForce against SecureAuth and not the Patents, has now opened up the way for the four lawsuits put on stay to now proceed. It has now also opened up the way for Ropes and Gray to Appeal the SecureAuth case. So, I expect to see this in some pacers coming up.
