As the company continues to grow and increase revenues, eliminate the toxic debt etc. Won't the Delaware shares we get for in exchange for our current shares become more valuable.

The Delaware shares are intended to be tradeable at standard brokerage houses, and any trades will be in dollars. Spotcoin is to be available, subject to rules and regulations, as an exchange among cryptocurrencies and other currencies. not mandatory, just a product offering at this point.
