There are two "pending" applications listing John Bordynuik as inventor and JBI Inc as holder --they can be seen as the 1st and 3rd entries here:

Both are in the " final rejection " stage awaiting a response, if any, from the company...
#1 final rejection date 9-22-2017
#2 final rejection date 10-31-2017
Both have 3 month response clocks running---with up to 3 month extensions available if the company chooses to pay for those as they did when they responded to the earlier "non-final" rejections issued on both---on the 1st app, they paid $700 for 3 months and $300 for a 2 month extension on the 2nd one...
You will not see these extensions, if applied for, until the fee statement comes out along with any response filed by the company to these rejections
