Regarding the proxy- late yesterday, IR confirmed they still plan to send out proxies THIS WEEK. By my definition this week ends on Saturday 1/6/18. However lately IR has made a habit of emailing things late Sunday night so we shall see but either way should happen within the next 2-3 days..
