All I did was question H2 Bev's role in this since another member was very clear that H2 Bev was granted approval for land use. At first I thought it was a typo but after trying to correct him several times, he made no attempt to correct himself. I still have not found any connection between H2 bev and coates or h2 development. As for Jack, maybe you should let him make his own threats. He has already shown his level of professionalism on here and does not need another person talking trash for him.
