I have had good luck with Scottrade for several years now. They don't seem to take issue with sub-penny trades.  7.00 plus % commish. Set up and trading in 3 days. You may be able to do it quicker if you have a local office.

Can't blame anyone for wanting more shares as long as the manipulation allows it!
