Thanks, your right, you do have to pull it all up to read. Posted the links below if anyone needs a refresher like me. I'll post my comments about the deal after it closes assuming it does.
BTW, that's exactly what good blue chip analysts do. They talk to store owners, managers, etc vs. the BS a company might say. Look at cars in the parking lot, drive through for fast food places, etc. It seems ridiculously simple but just look at a Costco parking lot one day. The ones by me are always packed as an exampe. Target too.
