Too me it looks like the options are exercisable as of 12/19/2017 and expire 12/19/2019. This document is for period ending 12/19/2017 which at that time the stock was trading at a much lower pps. IMO that would make sense to why the buy rate for those options. I am no expert. I am just looking at dates and going from there. I would like to see what else you can dig up dadon.
