No problem at all. I don't know how to post the entire document like zPaul does, but I can tell you this. In it, it specifically says IT IS SO ORDERED. And the fact that the case is now terminated, that says it all. I hope we see the appeal being filed this month. I wonder if there is a period of time after a case is terminated that they have to wait before they can file the appeal? I wish zPaul was around to help answer these questions.
