Will only say, that in terms of Avant shares offsetting the $21M owed, the 30M shares is more dilution of avdx, and now it has fewer assets, so we probably can't expect much offsetting of the money owed, not that I ever expected much. You were imagining a delay in the tender exchange. I could imagine a reworked agreement where we give the old converts or others those 30m shares for something else forgiven
