"... Liberation Capital ..."
Wait...Liberation Capital?? I assume that's the same Liberation Capital which blew their investors' money on plastic-to-oil company VADXX and built a $20M plastic-to-oil plant in Akron, Ohio. I watched VADXX for a few years with their grandiose claims. They were finally fully tested and scheduled to go into production about a year and a half ago...and then went radio silent. Best I can tell, their fully functioning plant sits idle. VADXX is asking for investment on their website but aren't saying how they flushed previous investors' money.
Can Mr. Curtis convince Liberation Capital to flush another several million of Liberation's investors' cash on PTOI?? I suppose that depends on how tolerant Liberation Capital's investors are.
The managing member of Liberation Capital is Jeff Garwood who was previously president of a division of GE. I'm sure his credibility allowed him to get investors to empty their wallets previously for ill-fated VADXX. Can he do it again?? At some point Liberation Capital's investors might get sick of losing money...but then again, maybe not.

Yes, I understand your penny stock also is the real deal, created with the inventiveness of Edison and destined to be the next Microsoft. Yes, I understand that the delays are also only because your company is making their product and/or technology even more revolutionary.
