Brokers put restrictions on their accounts to protect their clients (and therefore themselves).
You may be below the Fidelity account size limit for allowing trading in Pinks. Or you may have to talk to them and sign a paperwork release to allow you to trade in the risky pinks.
Have you talked to them about lifting the restriction?
