Really awesome point Red, yes all the links to MANF research you kept posting about its various biomarker developments was indeed one of the reasons I thought we might go back to diagnostics.
I need to clarify my last post, because I was typing from my phone in a rush, this from my post is incorrect:
In the new agreement we weren't giving up the 80 M shares to the toxics.
it should read, we haven't given up, as in all we agreed to do was give up the current AVDX shares we have at the time of the tender, which has not been executed. So it remains to be seen, but hopefully we will close the tender exchange before we consummate the LOI with AVDX, thus giving away the 80M shares in AVDX on Jan 10, and then at a later date, recieving 30M new shares.
