Look at the "Level 2" your broker gives you, and then compare it to the "Level 2" from http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/IPIX/quote
They're quite different. There are 4 electronic exchanges and evidently they don't all report to the same data aggregator. "Level 2" is not to be trusted.
