Plus i know for a fact that Jaynes who they never mention LOL and is one of the partners in HJOE and was a lawyer for 25 years is working with the SEC along with Matt Veal on all of this. Veal even mention this in the New Years address that HJOE is in direct contact with the SEC. The SEC cut a deal with HJOE, they new what was happend to the company by these bad actors.
