I agree with most of what you say; however, I believe we will know prior to the SHM who the new management team is with the proxy packages being mailed this week. It's hard to imagine that the new management team will be made public for the first time at the SHM given that all shareholders will not be present. Hopefully, the proxy provides more insight about some of the company's initiatives, before the SHM. I suppose those packages can be received any day now.
