From common investors point of view, I think this is good news. AVDX shares that were acquired were going to be given to the convertible note holders. Common share holders were getting zero out of the deal. On top of that, AVDX was not doing anything to advance the assets. AMBS re-acquiring the assets back in addition to retaining 30 mil shares of AVDX in exchange for 1 mil AMBS shares gives them better opportunities either to sell it to someone else or attract new institutional investors.
