Owning shares in certificate form is the only way one can be certain they own actual shares. The system has been rigged and the push is on to eliminate owning shares in certificate form because it can expose the criminals. They have rigged the system and browbeaten the regulators to do away with ownership of shares in certificate form. When T+0 is in full force and effect and transfer agents know where every share ever issued by a company is at any given moment certificates will not be needed, Until then it is a crapshoot as to whether or not the shares we purchased are actually owned by us despite the fact our brokerage firms have put markers in our accounts indicating we do. Our brokerage firms ignore their fiduciary duty and do not insure we receive good delivery as they are supposed to. They all collude.
