Read X10s post tonight. It clears up what Matt is trying to do. The plan may actually work. Basically, at its core, WE are HJOE now. He wants US to be the founders of the block chain and buy into the initial ICO. WE give money for the token or coin, trade peer-to-peer on a coin share server and they use the capital to fund their project. It's actually a brilliant idea. If we exchange shares for tokens (not sure if it'll be one-to-one), we can do a currency sale into cash or do a traditional shares cash-in (if we choose not to be a founder).
He gets to relist on the OTC and they try and use this new disruptive technology to create a new way of trading HJOE. It's sounds far-fetched, but Veal is the type of mad scientist accounting guy that just may be able to pull this off. Correct my misconceptions.
