NEO is a platform, like Ethereum, where one can create their own crypto/blockchain on, as well as create "smart" contracts. WABI seems like a way to purchase consumer products.

I imagine TPAC's ICO would be to provide logistics, inventory, networking, and supply chain solutions for the aerospace industry...or some form of any of those at least...quite the task, but the opportunity is definitely there.
