This is a way to keep the shareholders protected as they will vote in their interest and Veal knows this and it's also a way to stop the Toxic loan guys and settle and the new value will increase and the block chain is full real time reporting, so each shareholder at anytime knows what is going on with the company. This is such a better system Veal has put forth, a brilliant plan in my opinion.
