Russian is a strange one. He claims Treaty screwed him out of $ 450,000.
First was like $ 30,000 and they screwed him.
Then the fool turns around and sends another $ 420,000 after being screwed the first time.

So he hopes Treaty is shut down. If so the fool neve rhas a chance of getting any of the " alleged " money stolen from him.
