I find the supplemental address to be a much clearer and more concise description of what to expect moving forward. Matt is very clear that they will attempt to return to the OTC with an orderly transfer of shares from HJOE holding to the new shell. It looks as if investors will have options if they wish to come for the ride or not. The picture has cleared up a bit more and sounds very doable.

I'd be fairly concerned with these developments if I were a shorter and part of the ADVFN criminal network. I'm sure the bashing will start in earnest now.

Do NOT give up hope yet. I see a clearer path to HJOE redemption now!
