Its the CEO choice if he wants to release the Q4 numbers
separately. Obviously he hasn't decided to do that yet.
All that is required by SEC when filing a 10K is to file
90 days after end of Q which for ONCI was OCT 31
so JAN 31 is due date and even that can be extended
15 days with a valid reason to file an extension.
