it would make the market honest, funny we do not hear the protector of All Janice shell even mentioning the technology.
Why the otc markets does not adopt the tech is beyond me. It's almost as if they are in cahoots with the thievery.
That's not to say there are not any CEO fraudsters out there, but they would be reigned in as well
