Agreed; on both counts, though I lean towards deals signed.
I think it's early for the blockchain, unless things just really the ground running.
Deals.... we know Mark really wanted to tout a PR on deals, and he was optimistic that it would be done in 2017 (as-of August tweet) but as the year slipped later, he began hedging, and said 2017 or very early 2018. It wouldn't surprise me if the deal(s) were announced that soon.
I'm not holding my breath on the lawsuits until after April, honestly. We'll probs see the appeal (which will be great reading) sooner, but to see the effect of our appeal, we may very well be waiting until mid/late 2018.
I am undeterred. I also think Mark will PR the heck out of this blockchain subsidiary, in ways he wanted to do with SFOR but couldn't (lawsuits).
Time will tell.
