Well, seeing as that was on the ASK, a MM had that much for sale for a moment or too. It tends to be better to see the BID(s) Size grow showing pressure to get in at that typically lower market price.
At the close: ASK: CDEL 0.025 size 744,502

BID: CANT 0.0249 size 46,839

That big ASK backed off on the close with PPS closing at .0250; some moderate profit taking like dadon said for some in at .005 area it's a 5 bagger.
