I agree, let the legal team handle the appeal in the appropriate manner. It prolongs the inevitable for the infringers, but they will take care of business.

I see that there are multiple Federal Circuit Courts for appeals, but is the one in DC the only one that can handle a patent case? I apologize if that's a dumb question.
