The trade is for actually 2/10 of a penny. I agree that the manipulation here is so unbelievable that it should be looked into.
But nobody watches this market and basically nothing we can do .
Complain to the SEC , they are bought by the hedge funds that do this stuff.
The block chain technology that Muriel Seibert is bringing out with overstock.com will change the landscape and no longer allow this fraud to happen. Wall Street doesn't want to use the tech because they will no longer be able to manipulate and steal. It's really amazing that the block chain stuff is being resisted.
Frauds like TD would be out of a job
