Companies are bought everyday when either they have some valuable patents, they have a fantastic balance sheet/income statement, or they develop a grrat drug (biotechs).

So far patent play is on hold and balance sheet/income statement is horrible.

I agree with the previous post. Lets not talk about BO until one of those conditions are met
