you can see from the chart below that only 988 are otcqb,428 OTCQX (mostly foreign blue chips which dont want to deal w the fees and extensive info required by usa big boards)
988 plus an unknown number of pink are sec reporting, last time i saw stats on pinks less than 50% of pinks were current status-this doesnt count usually ca 500 ce and ca 10000 grey stocks
so i would say that less than 50% of low priced pennies like NNLX are pink current
