Last week was basically a lost with the Holidays. Any funding is going to require multiple parties to sign off, attorneys etc, so even assuming the best and that a deal is basically done, it wouldn't be until everyone is back at work this week that they could finish it. I'm still really hoping we get news before the end of this week, if not I expect a slow drift back down until we do.
