besides the points I already made-which you ignore- and partially as a result of them,there is a huge disconnect between the progress the company and many other pennies have made in the last few years, compared to the share price.
Prior to the political manipulation of these stocks which began to be noticed August 2009, you could, like my late best friend, who did no dd whatsoever (despite being intelligent and building huge stores for national retailers) throw a dart at most pennies and pps would increase. Now despite ultra dd,its almost impossible to find one whose pps will increase. Before Aug 2009 my friend made a 40 fold return in 6 months-after aug 2009 he couldnt pick a winning stock.
Largely because agencies and their downstream brokers otc etc(which they were suppose to keep in line but now were now greenlighted to destroy, were greenlighted to destroy these stocks-thus never before seen illegal schemes/takings against these stocks blossomed quickly. Bashers,many reportedly hired by brokers -who were shorting their clients stocks in blatant violation of fiduciary duty,and mm's created cartels of bashers to dominate the boards of the companies they were shorting- steal kill and destroy is the adversaries m.o. and always has been.
Due to the unprecedented political manipulation of agencies from 2009 to 2017-charged w orders to destroy these businesses, some of the incentive to move up the otc reporting ladder has also been removed. E.g I've been in SEC reporting companies where SEC de-listed a company within days of auditors timing of providing audited financials- totally unreasonable. Many companies have failed because previously approved permits have been renounced under the same political orders and new impossible requirements created to prevent those permits from being re-issued.
So until those agencies return to the rule of law,its safer for startups to avoid being SEC reporting.
Years ago I reported the advantages of NNLX upgrading to otc current info status,and how that would remove the 3 major reasons why bashers target "no info" stocks-but as a result i was vociferously attacked by longs!!!! as if i were the antichrist-controlled by a witch among them- to the extent that i felt like turning my mod position over to the bashers-even though i took this position to help this site become a viable alternative to the basher sites.
One of very few good things that came out of that was that a long reported to me that NNLX had considered upgrading but wasnt prepared at the time to deal with the reported 44 pages of regulations that would have to be satisfied to upgrade-I didnt even know there were 44 pages ( they arent listed anywhere I've read- and I'd read over 100,000 pages on penny stocks)- those regulations are probably an outgrowth of the unprecedented political interference of these stocks i reported above.
Anyway once the agencies and their puppets illegally took bashers sides, bashers suddenly dominated stock boards-these things have more to do with the dropping pps of most pennies than their on the ground real progress.
