EVIO, Inc. (OTCQB: EVIO), a life sciences company and leading provider of quality control testing and advisory services to the regulated cannabis industry, this morning announced that it has completed the acquisition of 60 percent of C3 Labs, LLC, one of the nation’s first cannabis-focused contract research organizations.
