Strikeforce won two lawsuits against Microsoft just over a year ago. This isn't going to the supreme court. One look at the court of appeals is going to get this done. The judge in California that threw SFOR's case out clearly sides with the company paying taxes - for his job. This is all civil formality at this point in court movement speak and manner.
