price always tells the truth.
all are concerns are built into the price , only now we are waking up to these questions
btw never paid attention to charts , started looking into them , and charts say, just do not buy now, I am NOT an expert, just telling all,
yes we can get Dubai or BMW news any day now, however, the price would smell it or the chart would pick it up
