Yeah, I agree that they could still be bought out, but if the courts rule against them on the patents, what else do they have? If large contracts do come along this quarter, that would be incentive for a company to buy SFOR as long as it brings millions in revenue.

I would love to see the Appeal filed today by R&G. I'm guessing they are basically ready to get that moving once the other judge closed the case in CA.
