We all know FINRA stated “emerged from bankruptcy $CBRIQ —> $CBRI and Legion Partners owns 10.6milly commons per 13D Filing
So, what’s the purpose of this shell?
For use for the new company formed after the $93milly acquisition?? Let’s not forget HTC Global paid over $3x-$40million more than the next highest bidder!!!!
We also know Ciber did $1 Billion in revenue! Imagine what an HTC Global Company night do!!??? CIBER inc traded on the NYSE!!! ?? Imagine what Ciber Global will do 2018!!!!
