just to mention 2 things- 1)in this illogical manipulative world there is often a huge disconnect between actual performance and share price
2)beginning in 2009,penny stocks received the wrath of illegal political orders targeting small business because "all business is evil and has to be stopped"
thus agencies which were pro-long became defacto anti- long -and brokers dtcc etc were greenlighted to destroy these pennies via unprecedented public private taking etc,resulting in thousands of pennies being restricted etc- until new pro-business political appointees are approved by congress to replace those anti business policies these small pennies are subject to all kinds of negative manipulation
so you are comparing apples and oranges
