The MAR/APR 2017 timing of events with SFOR/R&G/TPG/INTEL/McAfee -- things to ponder!
I strongly believe TPG will buyout SFOR and ACS. I had wondered how the Keystroke Encryption IP would be done once ACS buys the KE IP (so far executed promissory note) and SFOR OOB/MFA IP bought out! The slip of the tongue by ACS owner Bo D. saying he has a cyber security s/w company he's selling for 100's of millions of dollars - AWESOME!
While KE IP is great, but OOB/MFA IP is awesome must have INDUSTRY standards! OOB/MFA IP the gem that will shine the brightest with Multi-Billion dollar buyout!
Then when you combine the IP's you have the Only Industry Encrypted OOB/MFA for the Cyber Ecosystem !
TPG also scrapped their IPO plans in MAR. It's very possible once they buyout SFOR IP, they go PUBCO via a reverse merger and we "continue on" after SFOR winds-up biz ops and acquired -- which we know R&G also does M&A's and also did the TPG/INTEL McAfee spin-off!
Either way, we could very well see TPG buyout SFOR by EOY/2018!
