Experimental diabetes drug may work on Alzheimers.
NOTE: the Daily Mail likes to publish sensation stories, and this study is still NOT in a clinical trial -- it's in mice. We have seen all kinds of drugs that work in mice that do NOT work in humans. Nevertheless, the inflammation and glucose metabolism theories of Alzheimer's causation have been possible promising pathways in the past.
