Who puts out a PR to announce the end of the initial pre-planning stage or whatever that was??
When you are elected by a BOD to run a public company hi-there, you can do with news releases any way you want. Problem is, I doubt you will ever be elected to run a public company. So here's some training for you. Listen up!
Not every news release is written and directed to shareholders, traders, and other people who are involved one way or another with the stock. Some news releases are pointed in other directions. It is all part of a strategic marketing program. That news release that you are condemning was extremely effective. KB told me that a certain member of the Big 4 club spent 80 minutes on the company's web site the same day and the day after the news release you so condemned. And as KB said, it was a company different than the target of the news release. That my trader friend is power.
You want to learn, I will teach you, but frankly you and those of your ilk are hopeless.
