Personally, while Steve's compensation is an important aspect to the overall bottom line of ONCI/HEXA, this is an aspect which I have looked at but don't need to try and decipher. If you try and break down his compensation at this point it is like trying to dig a hole in quicksand. Way too many avenues which I have been down to attempt to pinpoint how it will shake out. We have to have faith(?) that when all is said and done, Steve will take reasonable compensation which at some point may become more clear as to how it is derived. I agree that the way his compensation is laid out in the articles of incorporation may have to be re-visited (hopefully).

I almost invested in O??V when it was a hot commodity. As I now review the quarterly fins for the nine months ended July 31, 2017, it shows the CEO + 3 employees had wages of over $9,307,000 on revenues of $3,000. Now that's a tough nut to swallow!!!
