I think with UF 3.0 release , no dilution, and a major global campaign followed by regular updates on the revenue and costumers growing exponentially, the pps will climb to dollars with legs. This will get the attentions of deep pocketed people to invest. Once the pps stays above one dollar and revenues in all time high that will be the best time to show audited Financials then uplist to nasdaq.
