David and fellow board members and NTEK longs. There was a misunderstanding created (my fault) that resulted with my request NTEK management strongly consider an uplisting. David has graciously taken the time to reply to my post but only to request clarification to my original question.
At this early juncture, I certainly did not mean to imply NTEK needed to uplist to Nasdaq with their minimum $1.00 PPS requirement and their additional stringent reporting requirements. As a NTEK SH, I was merely hoping for a move up thru the OTC ranks to OTCQX. Although Nasdaq would be nice its really IMO unrealistic for the very near term.
The topic of a potential "OTCQB" listing is already slated for discussion at the SH meeting. A "OTCQX" listing would be even sweeter.
